Park Rules
Use of Hounds and Bounds secure dog walking areas is entirely at the users/owners risk.
You are responsible for the actions and behaviour of your dogs at all times. Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the safety of you and your dogs, we cannot be held responsible for any injury to people or dogs however caused
Use of the fields is subject to the agreement of these terms, if we have found any of these have been broken we reserve the right to ask you to leave the session and not return, sessions will not be refunded if we have to ask you to leave.
We reserve the right to withdraw permission to use the facility at our discretion
On occasion we may need to re-schedule customers bookings
Bookings Only
Our walking areas are only available on a pre-booked basis, you must never be on site ay any other times other than your allocated slot
All sessions must be booked before you arrive on site and are only confirmed once payment has been received
Sessions are for 1 hour time slots, you must have departed the enclosure before the end of your hour
If you arrive late you cannot extend your booking
Once bookings have been made they are non-refundable
You can amend the session time and date in the my account area up to 48 hours before your booking
Field Access
Once the online check out has been completed you will receive a booking confirmation email, this email will contain your gate code to access the field, if this email does not arrive you must inform us at point of booking, please do not wait until you are at the field for your session as this could cause a delay in starting your booking,
Do not enter the field until the previous person has departed, this must be adhered to even in the event the previous customer is late leaving. If this occurs please call us on 07791 438281 and we will make contact with the customer who has over stayed.
Do not arrive for your session earlier than your session start time as this impacts the previous customers booking.
Never force or push the gates as this will cause damage to the motor and the repair cost will be passed on to the customer
It is the attending customer that is responsible for securing the gate and ensuring access cannot be made from outside during their session.
Dogs on Site
Attendees are responsible for their dogs at all times
Dogs must never be left unattended
All dogs must be accompanied by an adult
If you dog shows signs of ill health they must not attend the session
Waste
Cleaning up after your dog is non-negotiable
Bags and bins are provided on site and must be used
We keep a check of any left behind waste and will contact any offending customers
If you are found to be regularly leaving waste you will be asked not to return
Do not litter all rubbish must be placed in bins provided
Agility & Park Equipment
Agility equipment is in place for you to use during your session, this is used at your own risk and you must make the assessment if this is right for your dog,
The equipment is only for our dog visitors and must not be climbed on by anyone else
Any damages must be reported
